Quote before we start.

Every job gets a fixed quote before a single tool comes out. If the scope changes mid-job, we stop and re-quote. No surprises on the invoice.

Don't sell what isn't needed.

If a drain can be cleared with a rod, we don't quote a re-line. If it's a plumber's job, not a drainage job, we'll tell you and refund the call.
